National executive member of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha and state in-charge Ashok Singh Chouhan on Sunday was accorded warm welcome by the state unit of yuva morcha on his arrival here.

He criticised the Congress-led UPA government for its failure to curb terrorism in the state.

Addressing BJYM state office-bearers at the party office, Chouhan said the failure of the government to tackle the threats to internal security has increased the morale of terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. He said the recent attack on the army convey in Srinagar had opened the eyes of all who were crying to revoke the Armed Forces Special Powers Act.

He alleged Omar had failed to address the problems being faced by the common people and by making controversial statements like withdrawal of AFSPA and provoking the people on Article 370, he was compounding problems.
