Civil aviation minister Vyalar Ravi said in Lok Sabha that as on March 31, 2011, various ministries and agencies owe Rs 146 crore to Air India. The external affairs ministry owes Rs 26 crore, the defence ministry owes R32 crore and the home ministry owes Rs 28 crore.
