While talking to reporters here, he said that the state government had done the right thing in registering a criminal case against HPCA and its officials for converting its status.

He said the BJP MP was cheating youngsters and he would be exposed in the coming Lok Sabha elections.

He said the BJP leaders had acquired huge state government's property for personal benefits, which would soon be evicted from them.

Singh said he was touring various parts of the state in connection with the membership drive of the Youth Congress and if the party high command wished, he would contest the election of state president of the youth organisation.

He said the youth Congress had a plan to enrol 1,50,000 youth in state as against 1.10 lakh registered during the last elections.

The main thrust of the organisation would be to win all four Lok Sabha seats this time and Hamirpur seat would be on party's priority list.
