The ultra, identified as Babula Behera Dalai (29), was picked up during combing operation by the security forces in Adaba area, Superintendent of Police Sanjay Arora told reporters in Paralakhemundi.

A 'key and active member' of Bansadhara committee of the rebels, 'Babula' was involved in the attack on a forest office building and burning of a government bus besides the abduction of a girl in the Naxal-infested district, bordering Andhra Pradesh, police said.
