Hooda, who took oath as Chief Minister of Haryana for the second term on October 25, had expanded his ministry by inducting nine ministers yesterday.

Meanwhile, the Government has appointed state Congress chief Phool Chand Mullana as Deputy Chairman 20-Point Programme with immediate effect, an official spokesman said in Chandigarh on Sunday.

Mullana had lost in the recently held assembly polls from his traditional Mullana seat.
