Almost a year after announcing that he planned to wed Katie Homes, it looks like Mission Impossible star Tom Cruise will soon accomplish his 'mission,' as the couple have reportedly signed a $33 million pre-nuptial agreement.
And a celebrity gossip magazine is reportedly going to release the details of a prenuptial agreement between the star couple.
Life & Style Weekly claims that as per the agreement copy, Holmes will receive $3 million a year for the first 11 years that she is married to Cruise, after which she becomes eligible to receive half of Cruise's fortune under California's community property law, reports Contactmusic.
The item was picked up by MSNBC.com's Jeannette Walls, who said that Cruise's representatives have, however,declined to comment on it.
However, the date for the nuptials has been set yet.
