The court also directed the agency to reveal the names of persons who have not been cooperating with searching out the files.

A full bench of justices S U Khan, Sudhir Agarwal and D V Sharma hearing the Ayodhya title suits passed the order on an application filed by CBI, seeking more time to find out missing documents as per earlier orders of the court.

Earlier on July 15, 2009, the bench had directed the CBI to complete its enquiry within two months.

The court had directed the state government to produce the documents, which could not be done.

The seven documents included correspondence between UP government and Faizabad district Magistrate in 1949, a message of the then Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru to the state government for removal of idols from the Babri mosque.
