A division bench comprising justices SK Mittal and Amol Rattan Singh, while hearing the petition filed by the concessionaire, Delhi-Gurgaon Super Connectivity Limited (DGSCL), also directed all the parties concerned to meet before the next date of hearing and inform the court about all the developments.

During arguments, Haryana government's counsel informed the court that the NHAI was not taking the case seriously and there was a need to maintain roads and service lanes near the toll plaza.

The Gurgaon police informed the court that they held regular meetings on how to ensure better flow of traffic at the toll plaza.

Speaking for the bench, justice SK Mittal said that he would soon visit the Sirhol toll plaza to know the ground situation. He also cited an example where a serious patient could not reach the hospital in time due to a traffic jam near the toll plaza.
