HC seeks Venugopal's reply on governing post

The Delhi High Court granted two weeks time to the Director to file his reply on the issue.

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice to AIIMS Director P Venugopal on a PIL challenging the validity of Union Health Minister A Ramadoss holding the post of president of the institute's governing body.
