Hearing on the revision petition of Devender Gupta, arrested in connection with the 2007 Ajmer dargah blast case, was on Tuesday postponed for a day by a local court.

The postponment came on the plea of Gupta who sought a day time to file reply on ATS Rajasthan.
District and Session Judge Prashant Agarwal will hear the petition on Wednesday.
Lawyer Umardan Lakhawat had filed a revision petition on behalf of Gupta in the court on May 6 against the order of CJM Court, Ajmer which had given permission for narco and brain-mapping tests of his client.
The petition came in the wake of the Supreme Court terming compulsory use of narco-analysis, brain-mapping and polygraph tests on suspects as illegal.
Gupta, suspected to have links with a hindu militant outfit, was arrested by Rajasthan ATS on April 29 from Ajmer in connection with the October 2007 Ajmer dargah bomb blast case.
