The Delhi High Court on Monday sought proper amendment of the PIL, seeking registration of an FIR against former Prime Minister AB Vajpayee and then Union minister Jaswant Singh, for "concealing" information on the alleged 'mole' in the PMO.

"You first properly read the book and then come to us with your submission," a Division Bench headed by acting Chief Justice Vijender Jain observed, while deferring the matter to August 18.
