Bhatt had filed a revision application in the sessions court urging that the summons issued by the Borivali magistrate against her be quashed.

On October 26, the Magistrate's court had stayed the warrant issued against her for not appearing in the court.

The complainant had pleaded that the posters of the film - which was released in January this year - were in bad taste and obscene and hence they should be banned. The posters of course have disappeared off the streets long back.

Hearing the complaint, the Borivali magistrate issued summons against Pooja.

Challenging the lower court order, Pooja has pointed certain technical lapses to show that the complaint was not justified and should be dismissed.

Among other things, she has argued that it was a private complaint and the magistrate should not have taken congnizance of it.
