"Two boys were swept away in Jagdish Nagar in Indore, while two women and three children were killed due to heavy rains since last night in the district," Indore Collector Vivek Agrawal said.

Heavy rains inundated low-lying areas and slums in the city forcing the administration to shift nearly 12,000 people to safer places, he added.
