Suburban trains on Central, Western and Harbour route were running 15 minutes behind schedule due to water logging on the tracks.

Traffic on roads were moving at snail's pace because of flooding of low lying areas at Mohammed Ali road, C P Tank, Dadar-TT, Grant Road, Kurla and Andheri.

Colaba recorded 131.2 mm rainfall in last 24 hours ending 08.30 am while Santa Cruz registered 135.3 mm rainfall, the weather bureau told PTI.
