Highway robber held

THE POLICE have nabbed a notorious highway robber Kalli Gadaria. He is carrying a reward of Rs. 5,000 on his head. According to CSP Neeraj Pandey, Kalli Gadaria committed several highway robberies and abduction of Vicky Chaudhary from Bilana village in Gwalior district.

The Kampoo police nabbed him last night on the tip of an informer.

During interrogation, he told the police that his gang would take lift in trucks on AB Roads and on some deserted place rob the driver at pistol point.

He also told the police that his gang has scattered as during a robbery a truck driver accelerated his truck crushing two of his accomplices to death.
