Set the music right while driving.1 Uplifting music: Don’t listen to music that can dampen your mood or evokes unpleasant memories. Listen to songs that are fun and easy on the ear. If you feel depressed or sad because of a particular song, you’re more likely to lose focus on driving.

2 Create playlists: Create playlist of songs for different moods before you get into the car. This will not only save time but keep you from shuffling through songs while driving.

4 Volume wise: Music that is too loud will not only get you a ticket from the police, but can also cause a serious accident. You must keep a music level that you an hear and that does not get you in trouble with the police. Loud music also overwhelms your ears, which may slow down your reaction times due to your preoccupation with the music.
