HPTDC puts up impressive performance: Bali

The HPTDC registered an increase of 11.54 per cent in occupancy during the lean month of August 2005.

The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) registered an increase of 11.54 per cent in occupancy during the lean month of August 2005 which rose from 23.92 per cent during August 2004 to 35.46 per cent this year.

State Tourism Minister G S Bali attributed this impressive performance to hard work of employees better marketing efforts, new packages, better maintenance and up-keep of the hotel units, improved service standard.

He said HPTDC would be made more professional organization, fully accountable to its customers.
