BJP's Lok Sabha candidate from Pondicherry Lalitha Kumaramangalam opn Saturday claimed she had been getting threatening anonymous phone calls after she decided to contest the polls.

Citing a recent murder inside a police station and the phone calls, she said the law and order situation in Pondicherry has deteriorated.

Lalitha refused to comment on opposition's charges against Lt Governor N N Jha who had reportedly invited Lalitha for a party in Raj Nivas recently.
She said the support of Rajnikant fans association would help her in a big way to win the election.
