Stand-in skipper Virender Sehwag on Tuesday said he had no plans to bat down the order to sort out his poor form as it would create a crisis in the opening slot.

But the Delhi opener said Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who bats lower down the order, might be promoted up to give him an opportunity to play a long innings in the sixth one-dayer against England on Wednesday.
"If I play down the order, then there is nobody who can open," said Sehwag, who is leading the team in absence of Rahul Dravid.
Talking about local hero Dhoni, he said, "in the first four games we could not send him higher up the order. May be you will see him there tomorrow."
Sehwag admitted it would be a challenge for his young team to win without the services of captain Rahul Dravid but the players were upbeat about it.
"Of course it's a challenge and we are looking forward to it. It's a tough task to play with so many youngsters," he said at the pre-match press conference.
Sehwag said despite the series being already in their pocket, the players would push hard for victory to keep up the winning habit.
