Needless to say, their USP —

tandoori

specialties — will be made as per the original recipes. Parvin Juneja, promoter of South Asian Hospitality and Services Pvt Ltd, the company that is the master franchisee of Moti Mahal, will announce its re-launch with the initiation of a kebab festival.

“We took over Moti Mahal in 2002. And over the last five years, there has been a noticeable change in the ethics of the food industry. People like contemporary designs, best in class menus and good service. We started with Mughlai cuisine and the old décor. Now, we’ve revamped the whole place. We are also going to reduce the prices on the menu,” he says. The food however, will remain the same, adds Juneja.
