Bollywood this season will see its heroes raw and real. Lean structure, unkempt hair, loose clothes, and mild stubble will be the look of B-town hunks in 2009. Be it Hrithik Roshan in Anurag Basu’s

From the younger lot, Rajeev Khandelwal will sport this ‘raw’ look in UTV Spotboy’s

Setting a trend
Hrithik [Roshan] confessed to have tried everything to change his look from last year’s Akbar [Jodhaa Akbar] to his character in Kites. “It’s a very International yet a street-smart look. Hrithik’s clothes are not super-fitted. He is lean and very monochromic. He is raw and classy,” said designer Suneet Varma, who has done the styling in Kites.

Shahid has a double role in Kaminay. “The Mumbaiyatapori look that he sports in the film has long hair and stubble. He also has a dark tan skin tone. Shahid is looking unbelievably different,” said a source from the film. “It will be interesting to see Shahid play a completely different character from his last look in Jab We Met,” said trade analyst Taran Adarsh.

The film is all set to go on floor on February 10. Even Prateik [Babbar] carries a roadside slender look in

is also very casual.
