Cold wave conditions continued unabated in Delhi, Punjab and Haryana with dense fog engulfed at several places, affecting vehicular movement in all three states.

According to a MeT Department report, a thick blanket of fog had engulfed most places of Punjab and Haryana and reduced visibility. Many trains were running late in the region.
