Mulford said India shared evidence of the involvement of the Pakistani spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence and Lashkar-e-Tayyeba in the blasts which killed 192 people. India is also planning to present the evidence to Pakistan under the joint anti-terror mechanism agreed to by the two countries.

Mulford refused to divulge more details, saying the US and India were working very well together against terrorism. He said the US had offered India assistance in counter-terrorist operations.
