India remains at the sixth spot and would have slipped another place had the WI won their just-concluded series against Pakistan

India remained at the sixth spot in the latest International Cricket Council (ICC) ODI rankings - and would have slipped another place had the West Indies won their just-concluded series against Pakistan.

Pakistan won the home series 3-1 but still slipped to the fourth spot.

New Zealand, ranked third, now face Sri Lanka in a five match series starting December 28.

Australia is still the No.1 team followed by South Africa.
