"India should take some harsh step like what the US did after 9/11 attacks to take on terrorism-breeding country, Pakistan, instead of engaging it in an unending dialogue process. Fighting the terror and continuance of dialogue can not go together. It urgently requires some strong laws to root out terrorism," Sinha, also MP from Hazaribag said in Ranchi on Friday.

Condemning the recent serial blasts in Mumbai, he said the economic capital was attacked with deliberate design from Pakistan and its intelligence agencies to disturb the country once again. "Treating it as last incident of terror, the Government of India should immediately convene an all-party meeting to evolve suitable strategy to deal with terrorism. This is necessary because we all know that Pakistan only understands the language of force," Sinha emphasized.

Blaming Mumbai blast as failure of the Ministry of Home Affairs and its minister P Chidambaram, the Hazaribag MP said terror-relacted incidences had increased over the last seven years. "After the Parliament attack in 2001, the BJP-led government had framed a strong legislation to contain the terrorism, which was later withdrawn by the Congress-led government. The same time around, we have deployed our forces on the line of control, which acted like deterrent for Pakistan," he said.
