Opener Daren Ganga and Ramnaresh Sarwan notched centuries to propel West Indies to a formidable total before rain washed out the final session of play on the second day of the third Test at St Kitts.

At stumps on Day two, West Indies were 420/1 with Chanderpaul batting on 24 and Samuels 8 not out.
Looking to bat India out of the match, West Indies got off to an astounding start and came out firing on all cylinders to put the hosts in the driver's seat.
The two seemed to carry on from where they had left on Day one. Both Ganga and Sarwan were in ominous touch as they smashed the Indian bowlers all over the park.
Munaf Patel, especially was the victim of the onslaught as he was hit for six consecutive fours in his over by Sarwan. India were left clueless as the two went on rampage to leave the visitors bleeding.
Just when it seemed that things were going out of hand of hand for India, Munaf struck to dismiss the dangerous Ganga and skipper Lara in consecutive overs to bring some relief for the tattered Indians and put brakes on the scorching scoring rate.
This brought Chanderpaul and Sarwan at the crease. But India hit back with two key wickets in the afternoon session.
