Indore Bank loan fest opens

STATE BANK of Indore Managing Director C Narasimhan inaugurated the three-day ?Indore Bank Utsav? at Abhay Prashal today. The bank is offering car loans, education loans, home loans and trading loans to people under one roof at the festival. The loans would be provided at a discount ranging from 0.25 to 0.5 percent, and in-principle sanction would be given on the spot.

STATE BANK of Indore Managing Director C Narasimhan inaugurated the three-day ‘Indore Bank Utsav’ at Abhay Prashal today. The bank is offering car loans, education loans, home loans and trading loans to people under one roof at the festival. The loans would be provided at a discount ranging from 0.25 to 0.5 percent, and in-principle sanction would be given on the spot.

Deputy General Manager N K Nagar told media persons that the bank targets at earning Rs 100 crore from the festival this year. About 75 registrations have been done for loans up to now. The loan approval would be valid for 90 days during which a customer can complete the formalities.

A total of 60 stalls, including those by Sanghi Motors, Harsh Hyundai, Super Cars, Jabalpur Motors, Airtel, Ruchi Soya, Frequent Travels, Pakiza, Dugar Distributors, Rishiraj Institute of Technology etc have been put up in the Utsav. The bank would finance products offered by the other participants in the Utsav.

Apna Sweets has arranged a food zone at the Utsav. Cultural programmes would be presented by local artists on all three days of the Utsav. Lucky draws would be organised every hour at the Utsav. Vikram Kushwaha was the winner of the first lucky draw that was conducted by C Narasimhan today. General Manager (Operations) Annie Pawar was also present on the occasion.
