The son was identified as Abhishek Kasliwal, son of Shriram mill owner Ambuja Kasliwal, and the incident happened in the wee hours of Saturday, police sources said.

According to the woman, the accused offered her a lift sometime after 2.30 am on March 11 near Prince of Wales museum in Colaba area.

But instead of dropping her at Bombay Central as promised, he took her to Shriram Mills compound in Worli and allegedly raped her repeatedly in the back-seat of the car and later dumped her back in Colaba area, she has said in her complaint.

According to the sources, when the accused was arrested, he told his name as Vicky Malhotra, but later it turned out to be a false name.

Meanwhile, Ambuja Kasliwal denied the charges against his son and alleged he "has been framed".
