Infosys BPO, HVS Intl join hands to tap hospitality sector
The BPO subsidiary of Infosys Technologies will offer outsourcing solutions in the hospitality industry alongwith New York-based HVS International.
The business process outsourcing subsidiary of Infosys Technologies will offer outsourcing solutions in the hospitality industry alongwith New York-based HVS International.
Infosys BPO and HVS International has entered into a strategic alliance to this effect, Infosys Technologies said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
"The alliance with HVS augments Infosys BPO's capabilities in the hospitality industry by enhancing our insights into the industry and enabling us to reach a wider audience. With this alliance, we have a compelling value proposition for the hospitality industry," Infosys BPO CEO and Managing Director Amitabh Chaudhry said.
The Infosys BPO-HVS global alliance would leverage the consulting expertise and market reach of HVS in the hospitality industry and the process outsourcing capabilities of Infosys BPO.
The alliance would facilitate the improvement of productivity and optimisation costs for companies in the global hospitality industry.
HVS International, a consultancy offering valuation and other services to the hotel, restaurant, shared ownership, gaming, and leisure industries.
Infosys BPO provides services to various sectors like banking, capital markets, insurance, healthcare, aerospace, travel and media.
