Infosys recommends 1:1 bonus issue

Infosys has announced a 1:1 bonus issue for all shareholders, including its American Depository Receipt holders.

Infosys Technologies Ltd on Friday announced a 1:1 bonus issue for all shareholders, including its American Depository Receipt (ADR) holders.

In a notification to the stock exchanges, the company said its board of directors had recommended one bonus share to every share held by the shareholders of its Indian stock and ADR stock listed on the Nasdaq in the US.
