The Chief Minister listened to people’s woes from 15 districts including Indore, Dhar & Khandwa and reviewed the progress of projects initiated under the Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan and health department during the video conferencing.

Rajoriya alleged that no action was taken despite repeated complaints made to the administration. To this, additional collector Renu Pant said a forest and revenue department team has been sent to the site for demarcation. The Chief Minister has ordered inquiry and immediate action in this regard. Khandwa resident Hukumchand Kushwah said his problem had been resolved and he received a cheque under the Gaon Ki Beti Yojana.

When Chouhan asked why was the cheque delayed by three months, he was told it was because of the college principal. The Chief Minister directed for action after seeking an explanation from the principal. Dhar industrialist Jaideep complained about an inordinate delay in registration of land allotted to him.

To another complaint from Rewa district, where the Chief Health and Medical Officer bought medicines without approval from appropriate authorities, Chouhan ordered his suspension.

Other districts covered under the programme include Guna, Ratlam, Bhopal, Satna, Bhind, Mandla, Rajgarh, Sagar, Shivpuri and Sheopur.
