IOC offered a stake to Kuwaiti cos in its upcoming petrochemical plant at Panipat and the refinery at Paradip.

Indian Oil Corporation on Friday offered a stake to Kuwaiti companies in its upcoming petrochemical plant at Panipat and the proposed refinery at Paradip.

"We discussed our upcoming projects... Panipat cracker and Paradip refinery," IOC chairman S Behuria told reporters after visiting the Kuwaiti Oil Minister.

He said IOC's participation in upstream project in Kuwait also figured in the discussion.
