The falling popularity of George W Bush suggests that no one considers him a great president who has used diplomacy to further American interests.

It has been proved that America has failed in its endeavour to project itself as a responsible superpower. The falling popularity of George W Bush suggests that no one considers him a great president who has used diplomacy to further American interests. What a pity because America could easily take the lead on issues like nuclear disarmament and global warming. Instead, it is doing all it can to make the world a less livable and more unsafe place. This is not what is expected of a superpower.
