Is a Kashmiri Pandit minority too?

I wonder whose words is our respected PM mouthing! They surely can?t be his as he is too intelligent for this nonsense about the resources to be first given to minorities. What do you think about me being a Kashmiri Pandit? We are displaced with no one to take care of us. Are we not being treated like minorities and outcastes by the government? Let the government work for once and not waste tax-payers? money by just starting up something which can further divide the people.
