It’s all smiles for students

It was a day of tension and nervousness for students in the city as the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the Panchkula region results for class 10 examination here on Wednesday evening.

It was a day of tension and nervousness for students in the city as the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the Panchkula region results for class 10 examination here on Wednesday evening. However, the tension turned into happiness and joy as most of the students performed well in the examination. The CBSE had announced the Delhi region results on Tuesday.

Pallavi Chauhan, a resident of Rosewood City, scored A1 with 10 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). She said that consistent and regular study helped her perform well in the exam. This aspiring cardiac surgeon owes her success to her teachers and parents.

Nakul Yadav from DAV Public School, another great scorer from the city, said, “I enjoyed my study. I think that this is the secret of my success.”

From DAV Public School in Sector 14, 265 students appeared in the exam and 57 of them get A1 grade along with 10 CGPA. Basant Valley Public School achieved the 100% result with many students scoring A1 grade. The regular monitoring of students with a detailed assessment has brought laurels to the Blue Bells Model School, Sector 4. Out of about 200 students, 36 have bagged an A1.
