J&K MP hails formation of new administrative units

Jammu and Kashmir MP Madan Lal Sharma on Sunday appreciated the state government for creating administrative units in the state.

Sharma was addressing a function after inaugurating KS Furniture House at Muthi here on Sunday.

He said that Jammu division received a due share but maintained that there was scope of more such units in view of tough terrain and population. He appealed to the state government to expedite the process of starting of new units for providing fast delivery to the people.

He called upon the people to strengthen the bond of amity and brotherhood for overall development of the state in particular and national in general.

Sharma said that peace, amity and brotherhood are pre-requisite for progress and prosperity of the state or society. He asked people to be aware of communal forces which would try to divide people for their vested interests.

Sharma appealed to the people to put a united face so that power was shared between Jammu and Kashmir division with major share of Jammu in parliamentary as well as in state assembly.

He made it clear that it was only the Congress which could share power in the state and called upon people to support the party in the forthcoming elections.
