J&K sex racket: Bail pleas of all accused rejected

Rejecting the bail application of all the 13 accused in the Jammu and Kashmir sex racket case, a court in Chandigarh on Monday said it will hear arguments on framing of charges in the case on October 12.
District and Sessions Judge BS Mehndiratta pronounced the order rejecting the bail pleas of all the 13 accused in the case.
Earlier on October 3, after hearing day-long arguments on the bail pleas of the 13 accused the judge had reserved his order for Monday.
