The agency has formed special teams to find Sethi, who has continued to evade the authorities after Chief Judicial Magistrate MY Akhoon in Srinagar issued a non-bailable warrant for his arrest for failing to appear before the CBI after he was named by a teenaged victim of the racket, the sources said.

Meanwhile, the CBI on Sunday questioned some other girls allegedly involved in the racket to ascertain the 'extent of the involvement of the state machinery' in the scandal, they said.

Senior CBI officials said 'no fresh arrests' had been made since BSF Deputy Inspector General KS Padhi was held on June 7 for his alleged involvement in the racket.

Nine people, including Sabeena, the alleged kingpin of the racket, have been arrested in connection with the scandal that triggered widespread protests in Kashmir last month.
