A senior officer of the Jammu and Kashmir police, who was arrested in connection with the sex racket case, was sent to 14 day's judicial remand.
Deputy superintendent of counter-insurgency wing of police Mohammad Yousuf Mir was presented before Chief Judicial Magistrate MY Akhoon, who remanded him to judicial custody till July 20.

The police officer was arrested by CBI on June 30.
