"When I am asked to or when I am required to do so," Jamali told a crowded press conference at the conclusion of the three-day SAARC summit. He was asked when he is visiting India.
"As Chairman of SAARC, I will be visiting all these countries," he said.
Asked whether in the interest of making progress in SAARC, the Kashmir issue was being kept in the box, he said, "It (box) is not locked. President Musharraf and Prime Minister (Atal Bihari) Vajpayee have the master key and they can open whenever they desire."
