JD(U) leaders join RJD

The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Wednesday received a shot in the arm with two Janata Dal (United) leaders Fayaz Ahmed and Rambihari Singh joining the party.

Both Ahmed, a ruling JD(U) leader from Madhubani and Singh, party's state general secretary, took the primary membership of RJD from its president Lalu Prasad at a function at party office here.

RJD MP Jagdanand Singh and state RJD Chief Abdul Bari Siddiqui were also present.
