Vacation Judge Justice Mukul Mudgal, however, referred the plea to be heard before the division bench which is hearing the appeal filed by the Delhi Police against the acquittal of all the nine accused by the trial judge.
Justice Mudgal refrained from granting any interim relief to Bedi, despite senior counsel KTS Tulsi putting up a nearly 30-minute argument on behalf of the beleaguered doctor.
