India's largest private carrier Jet Airways on Friday posted a net profit of Rs 3.52 crore for the first quarter ended June 30.

The airline had recorded a loss of Rs 225.33 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

The company's total income rose from Rs 2,428.36 crore in the June quarter last fiscal to Rs 3,023.21 crore in the same period this fiscal, the airline said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange.
