Tirkey demanded framing of a policy for employment of locals, rectifying discrepancies and distribution of BPL cards, allotment of houses to BPL families who lose their shelter in natural calamities and employment generation for the youth.

"Be it Congress-led or JMM-led or BJP-supported group, I have no reservation against any combination. I will support that dispensation which will meet my demands three months of government formation," Tirkey, who won from the Mandar seat, told PTI here.

"I am also not keen for a ministerial berth," he said admitting that certain parties had approached him, but refused to name them.

Tirkey, who sat in the opposition soon after the 2005 elections till the UPA formed the government after the fall of the Arjun Munda-led NDA government, has been a bitter critic of the BJP.
