Talking to reporters here, Yediyurappa said Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy had the will to bring about overall development of the state and asserted that the JD (S)-BJP coalition government would complete its full term of 40 months.

To a question, Yediyurappa said Kumaraswamy and he would be in New Delhi for the next couple of days during which a Common Minimum Programme (CMP) for running the government would be finalised.

"We will be meeting the Prime Minister and other Union Ministers, besides senior BJP leaders like AB Vajpayee and LK Advani, during our stay."

He informed that there would be no delay in forming the Coordination Committee of coalition partners and its Chairman would be chosen after consultations.

To another question, Yediyurappa said there was no question of going back on the party's principles.

He assured that provisions would be made in the coming budget for implementation of the recommendations of the Nanjundappa Committee to remove regional imbalances and President APJ Abdul Kalam's 11-point programme.

Yediyurappa said steps would be taken to upgrade the airport in Hubli and he had already asked the Dharwad Deputy Commissioner to hold talks with officials of the Airports Authority of India in this regard.
