INDORE CITY Corporation Area Amateur Kabaddi teams have been announced to take part in the first state level Kabaddi tournament organised by government of Madhya Pradesh under MP Olympic Association.
The team (men): Pradeep Rahij, Bhagirth Jariya, Jitendra Baswal, Mukkesh Panwar, Nitin Goud, Tarique Khan, Radhe Shyam Jariya, Kamalesh Goud, Sameer Wadikar, Jitendra Koushal, Mangesh Raghuvanshi. Ramchandra Pandya and Mukesh Karvariya are coach and the manager.
Women: Hema Adivala, Rekha Borsi, Shikha Yadav, Reena Thakukrm Neha Jadhav, Monica Billore, Ujjwala Katmore, Alka Bhandole, Preeti, Priyanka, Chandani, Vidushi. Dhananjay Sharma ansd Jagmeet Jain are the coach and manager of the team.
Indore Bank Trophy
BRILLIANT BATTING by Gaurav Lashkari and precise bowling by Bhushan Verma helped Indore Colts defeat Friends Club by six wickets in Indore Bank Trophy “A” grade cricket tournament organised by Indore Divisional Cricket Association played at Usha Raje Cricket grounds.
Winning the toss, Friends Club elected to bat and scored 148 runs in 48 overs. Ravi Chintaman and Amit Parkhe scored 42 runs each. Bhushan Verma bowled well to capture three wickets. In reply Indore Colts had no difficulty in surpassing the required runs loosing four wickets in the process. Gaurav Lashkari batted well to score 58 while Rajesh Kanojia scored unbeaten 32 to help their team in a six wicket victory.
