The crime branch and forensic experts have been working together for the past three days and "we took both the accused separately to the scenes of crime which include the spot at Manor where Grover's body parts were burnt and the apartment in suburban Malad to re-enact the murder," Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Rakesh Maria said.

Grover (25), a creative head with TV serial production house Synergy Adlabs, was allegedly killed by Susayraj and Lt M L Jerome Mathew as a fallout of a "love triangle" between the three.

His body was cut into several pieces before being burnt at a secluded place in Manor.

The forensic team has also found some blood stains in the car in which the body was transported and on electrical wiring near the switch board on the walls of Susayraj's apartment, Maria said.

Susayraj allegedly bought a knife, sport bags and furnishings from a nearby mall which was used to dispose of the body, he said adding that she also purchased a new lock for the apartment so that the landlord does not come to know of the blood-stained walls which were later repainted.
