After the success of Jab..., Bebo was keen on working with Imtiaz Ali again, but the director chose Deepika instead in Love Aaj Kal.

According to sources, Kareena insisted that Imtiaz should direct her in the ad as she was "dying" to work with the director.

A source has revealed the concept of the ad. "The concept is much like the story of Jab We Met. Bebo will be wearing ethnic salwar-suits and would run through the sarson ka khets."
