After asking director Prakash Jha to redub her dialogues for Rajneeti, Katrina Kaif has now taken upon herself to set the promotional strategy of the film right. The actress feels that the film should be promoted well to compete with all the big films that are slated to release post IPL.
A unit member says, “Recently Katrina called up Prakash Jha saying that she wanted to visit him in office. After fixing an immediate appointment, she came with a date chart that she had made at home and discussed the dates of the promotions with him.” The source also informs that the actress spent four and a half hours with Jha, and even had lunch with his staff. They both prepared another chart about the places they would go to and how they would publicise the film.
The source adds, “Katrina clearly told Jha to make sure that all actors promote the film, as she did not want anyone to feel left out in the multi-starrer. She also had some free time since she couldn’t go to London for a family function.”
