After long hours of debate, Ken Ghosh has finally found a title for his musical.. with a little help from his hero Shahid Kapur. The director has given in to his suggestion and is titling his next movie Yahoo.
The film is said to be an updated version of Kumar Gaurav's Star.
But Kapur wasn't too keen on the title since the earlier movie had tanked. Even UTV who's producing the film, and Ghosh weren't too hot on Star. And especially not after Kunal Kemmu's super dud, Super Star .
Then, a few days ago, Kapur suggested Yahoo.
Yagnesh had Shetty launched a film with the same title eight years ago. Toplining Govinda and Juhi Chawla, it was being directed by Sanjay Chhel. It's been in the cans for over five years now.
Name struck
When Shetty didn't renew the title, Firoz Nadiadwala registered it. After Kapur had convinced Ghosh, he acquired the title from Nadiadwala with whom he shares a good rapport, having worked with him in two films, Deewane Huye Paagal and Fool n Final.
Ghosh refused to confirm the news but admitted that he'd heard that UTV had approached Nadiadwala for a title.
